What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, shipping is ₹100. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
How long does delivery take?
Within India: 3-7 business days for standard shipping, 1-3 business days for express shipping. International orders: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order ships. You can also log into your account and view order status under 'My Orders'.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for complete details.
