Our Hassle-Free Policy

At RJ Attires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, our flexible return and exchange policy makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Period

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery date. The 15-day period starts from the day your package is marked as delivered by the courier service.

Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased directly from RJ Attires website. Items purchased from authorized retailers follow their respective return policies.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
  • Items must not be personalized or custom-made

Exchange Process

We offer free exchanges for size, color, or style changes. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our support team at returns@rjattires.com or call +91 9311000666
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange
  3. We'll generate a return label and send exchange instructions
  4. Ship the original item back to us using the provided label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship the new item

Note: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a return for the original item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the new item.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Net Banking/UPI: 1-2 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 3-5 business days
  • PayU Wallet: Instant credit to your PayU wallet

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Login to Your Account

Go to 'My Orders' section and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.

Select Items & Reason

Choose the specific items and provide the reason for return/exchange from the dropdown menu.

Generate Return Label

Our system will generate a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach to your package.

Package & Ship

Pack items securely with original tags and packaging. Drop off at the nearest courier location.

Track & Receive

Track your return package and wait for confirmation email once processed. Refunds take 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items purchased during special promotions with 'no return' terms

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
