Minor variations in embroidery, print placement, fabric texture, or finishing may occur as many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited batches. Such variations will not necessarily be considered defects.
3. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
RJ Attires reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from RJ Attires.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect product information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods made available on our website at the time of checkout.
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. RJ Attires does not store your complete debit/credit card or banking credentials.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
RJ Attires is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, customers may use the tracking information provided to monitor delivery.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, available separately on our website.
Customers are requested to carefully check product details, size, colour, fabric, and other specifications before placing an order.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without their original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Certain products, including sale items, customised products, or other specifically marked products, may be non-returnable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
